Hello Council, I'm writing to send you (and the public)a link to Resolution No. 6356 https://www.menlopark.org/DocumentCenter/View/12598/Resolution?bidId =>, the Program-Level Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for Connect Menlo. Some comments/Questions: - *Buildout Projections *(Page 6). These include up to 11,570 new residents and up to 5,500 new employees. What's the current totals for these two groups? Is the M-2 area already over on employees? - *Statement of Overridding Considerations* (pages 55-57). Summarizes the cumulative significant adverse environmental impacts of ConnectMenlo, that cannot be mitigated, and gives the "overridding considerations" as to why CM was deemed necessary to adopt. Does the new Council agree with all these reasons? - *CM Mitigation or Reporting Program *(Starts after page 58 of the EIR).
