Hello City Council, I was heartened to see a Viewpoint in the Almanac regarding the hazards of gas powered leaf blowers, and the call to ban them. The daily noise, along with the need to close my windows/doors when the neighbor's gardener's blower is going due to the smell and dust created by it, makes me urge you to please take this seriously and ban them. Electric is the right thing to do. MP prides itself on trying to lessen global warming. Well, this is a step in the right direction. Please ban gas powered leaf blowers. "GO ELECTRIC"!! Sincerely, A.
