Dear Council Members,
I am quite concerned about the prospects of requiring electric appliances in Menlo Park.
I do not believe that we yet fully understand the implications in costs and community impact of such a decision. And I believe that a decision of this magnitude should be put to a vote of the citizens.
I urge the city council to pause until a practical transition plan can be developed.
