Dear City Council, I have converted my house to electric appliances and am very happy with the result. The electric induction cooktop is faster, safer and healthier than the high performance gas cooktop it replaced. The heat pump hot water heater is efficient and offers more control of heating preferences. Our heating system is also electric heat pump. Its reduced cycling means that the house is quieter and more comfortable when using heat and air conditioning. I support the Reach Code proposal and encourage the Council to pass it.
