As provided for under public records law, I respectfully request copies of
existing records from the past 24 months that show current subscription
details from the following software manufacturers: Adobe, AWS, Cisco,
Crowdstrike, Fortinet, Google, Granicus, Juniper, Microsoft, Okta, Oracle,
Palo Alto Networks, Red Hat, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Splunk, Tableau,
Veeam, VMware, and Zscaler.
Specifically, I am requesting records that contain the following
information:
- Exact product name purchased (i.e. Adobe Acrobat Pro for Business)
- Number of licenses or seats
- Price paid per license (or other unit)
- Subscription renewal date or expiration date
This request seeks records already in your possession. Responsive documents
may include, but are not limited to, renewal-tracking spreadsheets,
purchase orders, vendor quotes, executed contracts, or relevant database
exports. We will gladly accept these records in whatever electronic format
they already exist.
If a broad export of procurement data is easier than isolating these
specific vendors, please feel free to provide the larger dataset. We will
perform the necessary filtering on our end.
Please transmit responsive electronic records by email. If you anticipate
that fees for fulfilling this request will exceed $100, please notify me in
advance.
