Please seriously look at the alternatives for housing presented here. Not only does each one, and several in combination meet ALL of the mandated requirements, the locations are far better for the new residents AND for our beleaguered downtown.
Once we move toward housing where housing is best suited, then we can work on how best to revitalize downtown with re-done parking lot access and new retail.
