Dear City Council Members,
I want to express my continued support for developing the proposed downtown
parking lots into below market rate apartment buildings with parking on the
bottom. The parking lots should MORE THAN replace the street level spots
they take up so that the only long term impact on city businesses is more
parking and more residents close by.
The city must remove requirement D from the RFQ AND amend requirement C to
state that the city will help bear the cost of replacing the parking spots.
