Dear City Council: This is a follow up to my February 28th letter concerning gridlock on the El Camino. Today before noon was one of the worst traffic jams that I have recently experienced. Cars were stopped for many blocks at Menlo College going south so one construction truck could block the curb lane. Besides the gridlock, just think of all of the extra pollution you are causing the citizens of Menlo Park.
