Dear Menlo Park City Council,
I am firmly against the current proposal to develop downtown Parking Plazas
1, 2 and 3 for low income housing in Menlo Park. I believe it is critical
for our downtown to have adequate parking for the shops, restaurants and
services to conduct business successfully. Without them, our businesses
will flounder and die. The parking areas are a vital and necessary part of
our town to accommodate the customers, owners, partners, investors and
suppliers of these businesses.
I believe there are other locations that you should consider for housing.
I believe that housing is important.
