Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers - I support staffs recommendation
to release the RFP to the six development teams. Im excited to see this
process continue towards providing much-needed affordable housing to our
community. Downtown is an ideal location for more housing due to its
proximity to amenities and transit. The benefits far outweigh any
challenges.
