City Council:
Seems pretty silly to me to consider developing the park. There is no public transportation, in fact no services whatsoever.
Moreover there are many better hoices to make. I drive my grandson to Burgess park on Laurel street and there are the signs of SRI evacuating their property. There is a huge swath of land there AND it is walking distance to Caltrain near shopping etc.
Then there is the Geological survey locale which is again a much better choice than our small beautiful park. It is large, near shopping and transportation etc.
Now I am told by various sources that this of that place is unavailable. Stanford property can't be used and all sorts of other options are deemed unavailable. But wouldn't it be more useful use of your time and effort to try to find a way to use and develop the SRI locale for example ,rather than to take and destroy this beautiful park
