Dear City Council, We are in unprecedented times. Changes have hit us and we must adapt more swiftly and with more creativity than ever before. I am writing in support and encouragement of closing Santa Cruz Avenue to cars in support of creating a pedestrian zone. I am also a partner of Camper Restaurant on Santa Cruz and University Aves so I understand deeply the problems that COVID19 has brought to local businesses.
