Dear Menlo Park city council members, Thank you for your continuing service during this unprecedented time. My wife and I saw something in The Daily Post today that said there was consideration of closing down Santa Cruz Ave to car traffic from El Camino to University ave. This would encourage more outdoor distance dinning. It would also allow more space for people to social distance on the street vs the sidewalks where people often have to go on the street to avoid others on the sidewalk. We think this a good idea to try for at least the coming warm months. Thanks for taking the time read and consider this.
