Good morning MP City Council members, I’m a resident of the city of Menlo Park. In light of the recent events, I would like to know how the city council oversees the police department, and specifically 1) what the average number of citizen complaints an officer in our city has against him/her, 2) how many officers have complaints above the average, and 3) what probation, retraining, or other remediation plans are in place for those in #2.
