What I witnessed last night at the Menlo Park City Council meeting was the most egregious, unprofessional and self serving agenda that I have ever witnessed. Chief Bertini is going to be a huge lose for this city. I've witnessed him in many situations and have never seen a " racist" side of him. For a fresh start we need to remove Mayor Cecilia Taylor and the entire City Council members along with the City Manager.
