Dear City Council,
In considering the Parkline proposal by Lane Partners, please make every effort to make the most of this special opportunity — and require less office and more housing, especially affordable housing.
We dont need 1 million more square feet of new office space! But we do need more housing, especially affordable housing—But not in our downtown parking lots.
Please take advantage of this unique situation to create more housing that is a win-win for our city, residents and downtown businesses.
