Hello, I was very disheartened to hear the Menlo Park Chief of police “retired”. It is sad in our community that City Councel does not have the Menlo Park Police Dept.‘s back during these difficult times. The actions of police offers several thousand miles away are impacting the lives and police moral of our officers here. We all should Thank these men and women who have a very difficult job dealing with people at their best and worst. There are of course in every job a “bad person “but we should not paint all police as villains. Please support our local police and don’t villefy good people who put their lives on the line for all of you and our community. Who will be your first call to if you have a car accident, your home alarm is triggered or you were robbed?
