Hello dear council I have live in Menlo Park in Belle heaven since 2016 and l love this town, but lately the noise and dust from leaf blowers are unbearable. They need to be banned, they are just for lazy people who dont want to rake their yard. Especially now with people working from home you cant concentrate, the same with the fireworks, when is this going to end?
