I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to humbly request the Council to issue an official proclamation in April in honor of National Poetry Month.
I have done events and projects in collaboration with Menlo Park Library, and I've seen how poetry has helped residents in building community as well as in navigating the challenges of daily life.
