Dear City Council Members, Thank you for supporting new homes and modern
parking solutions on Menlo Parks city-owned parking lots. I urge you to
place the proposed measure on the November 2026 general election ballot
rather than calling for a March special election - both to save cost and to
ensure high voter turnout. Voter turnout is almost three times higher in a
general election than in a special election and will better reflect the
will of Menlo Park voters.
I am so proud of the efforts of your community to create truly affordable
housing. You are a role model for others. Thank you.
