Dear City Council Members,
I am writing in response to the petition (linked here
)
submitted
by a West Menlo resident.
I have spoken to many individuals *who signed the petition *but* who were
also unaware that the area in question does not actually lie in Menlo Park *but
rather in the unincorporated area which is patrolled by the County.
The petition, as written, is deceptive for those who are not familiar with
the concept of unincorporated areas and of West Menlo Park.
