A Texas Developer has submitted plans for an 8 story housing development in
Menlo Parks Bayfront area (see attached article): District 1 represented
by Celilia Taylor.
This brings up some questions for me:
1. Celilia was dead set against housing at the Bohannon Park location,
District 2. Is Celilia supporting this development?
2. Why only 20 units for low income out of 199 units planned for this
development?
3. How is it that during elections we can only vote for City Council
representatives in our district when the entire City Council has a say in
every district?
None of this sounds right, fair or just.
