I read the local papers daily, and get them from different boxes around town. Those boxes are often close to empty or empty every day, meaning the papers are highly read. Since the papers are free, it seems the newspaper providers would stop distributing to those boxes if they are charged for the box.
Please do not charge for the newspaper racks. Thank you.
