My husband and I have lived on College Avenue for 52 years. Although we realize nothing ever stays the same, we are acutely aware of the increase of speeding traffic on College Avenue. I have on a number of occasions jumped back while a car(cars) sped by on their way to or coming from the el Camino. We are very hopeful the City Council will give serious attention to this situation.
