I will miss the Menlo Park open house today. I have a few questions:
1. When will your company build a true-scale model of the downtown affordable housing development project showing your proposed buildings in comparison to the existing structures and where can the public view it?
2. If the city offered alternate sites for you to build the same project would you be willing to locate there ? Would you do so only at a $1 per year rent or would you be willing to pay for land acquisition costs or land replacement costs like you have done with other projects.
3. What is your record of compliance with construction codes, safety codes, project labor agreements, and landlord regulations on health and safety?
4. Have you or an affiliate defaulted on or breached any construction or financing agreement and if so, what happened and what was the outcome of the development project it involved.
5. Have you had any communications with individual city council members, the city, manager, or the city attorney about the downtown parking plaza development that were not posted to the city council email log? If so, when, with whom, and what was the subject matter.
