Dear City Council Members,
As I am sure you are very aware, the road around Sand Hill Circle is beyond acceptable. One of my neighbors had a friend who was helping her out of her car in front of 180 and she turned her ankle in a pothole on the road. There is no pavement, just a hole and dirt. The injury was so severe that she had to go to Stanford Hospital. I think this is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I attach photos for the record.
