Dear Mr. Zuckerberg,
Please fix the broken system of Facebook. It has been impossible to contact a live person to get that person to change your record that my email belongs to somebody I do not know.
Your prompt and accountable action to correct the lack of human input into your business will make it unnecessary to pursue the matter in order to correct it in a way that is not by mutual agreement.
Dear Members of City Council and the Public City Council Website,
You are witnesses that someone who is not meeting minimum job requirements, and has not done so for a long time, has been asked to correct his behaviour immediately and is responsible for costs and consequences if he does not.

Communication is a two-way event.
After I had such a lot of trouble with Facebook (licensed as a business in your jurisdiction) that I closed my account for lack of two-way communication, Ive now received a "special" "offer" asking me to view a page of a Facebook group.
I got a computerized message saying that I wouldnt be able to access content unless I used a device Ive never used to sign into an account under somebody elses name. Ask a live human to fix this? Believe me, Ive tried -- and then some!
Since no known approach gets any communication from Facebook that pays attention to the content of anything I say or allows me to reply to the email, Im asking the city of Menlo Park to, today, discontinue the business license of Facebook for fraudulently
claiming it does business while it ignores the most necessary requirement it has to do to meet that job description.
