Hello esteemed city council,
I just wanted to bring up the gymnastics program at the Arrillaga center. As you already know, it is an amazing program. My kids (5,7) went to it until the pandemic started. We go to Gold star in Mountain View now, and though that is a good program too, all three of us still talk about and miss the program. Every time a mom asks me about gymnastics, I think of your program with longing. I may sound dramatic but I know a lot of parents and kids in the community who would love to have this available. We miss the staff, we miss the facilities, and we miss the location. I think there would be a lot more support for and interest in the gym if people knew that there was even an option that it would reopen. I have been waiting on an email/phone call and checking the website every few months, just hoping. Please consider prioritizing the return of this program. It is desired by many and would benefit many. Thank you.
