Dear City Council Members,
I have been traveling to Hillview for my daughter’s Summer program and have noted that the parking signs on Elder are completely faded out. The only way to read them is to be standing next to them on the sidewalk, which does cars a disservice. Please replace these signs prior to the start of the MPCSD school year (8/16) as this presents a danger to our school children who are biking and walking to Hillview.
