Based on the following analysis from the city, the parking plazas are No Longer Needed for the Housing Element:
The update also describes changes to projected housing capacity in the Housing Element, which currently exceeds the Citys RHNA in every income category.
Please email me a written explanation why you are spending ($100,000+) tax payers money on a Feasibility Study. Your website dated 7/20/2026 states that you do NOT need the 345 apartments on OUR Downtown Parking Plazas.
The city is in deficit, well into the future, and such plans are fiscally irresponsible. You have a fiduciary duty to control expenses.
This is your published statement on the "Housing Element" (RHNA).
