Is this "Feasible" ?

Please READ this and pass this on to the firm that is doing a "Feasibility Study".
We need an answer to this "Feasibility" question:

Will people rent an apartment that requires them to go to a common area washer & dryer room and PAY to wash their clothes?

Then ask yourselves:
Would you?

I would not!

But, That is Alliants plan:
Alliant Communities: This proposal does not include in-unit washers and dryers in the apartments.
Instead, the developer plans to rely on communal laundry facilities, generating projected laundry room income.
Not feasible, Not reasonable, Not marketable; in fact:

Unbelievably unacceptable.

ALSO: They are using NON-UNION Laborers to save more money.

What other "cost cutting" measures will they use to produce the cheapest apartments possible?

If you discovered that the contractor you hired, to build you a nice home, planned to use such cost cutting measures, would you accept it. . . Or look for a new builder?

Common sense: NOT FEASIBLE.
