Dear Mayor Nash and Council Members
I have served as a Judge in about 100 cases, and I can easily predict that you will lose the pending lawsuit regarding your attempt to change the parking lots use without a 51% vote of the property owners.
You MUST READ the 2010 legal challenge to a similar attempt by the council (attached below).
The city wisely stopped their plan to build on the parking lots, based on the facts stated in the letter.
You must abandon the plans to build anything on the parking lots, because to go forward is contrary to all logic and historical facts.
Attached is the 2010 three page letter from the Downtown property owners attorneys.
Please read and respond to me if you plan to ignore these facts.
