A view into the future of Downtown Menlo Park Apartments

City Council Members, Mayor Nash, etal.
Please feel free to share these photos with the developers.
They should include them in their promotional brochures and ad campaigns.
They should also mention that (to save money) there are NO WASHERS or DRYERS in their low cost apartments; AND, there are not enough parking spaces for every apartment; BUT there are plenty of bike parking spots.
Thats how the apartments can be "low cost".
Please Include a photo (or drawing) of the coin operated Washers & Dryers in the community wash rooms (hope theres one on EACH Floor)

Tenants will need to Remind their Visitors to NOT put anything in the dumpsters outside their apartment (Those Dumpsters belong to the stores).
Note: Probably best for tenants to "NOT mention" that they are "apartment tenants", due to the fact that the stores were denied their legal right to VOTE on the apartment project.

Hope I havent left anything out.
My suggestions are based on my many years of experience, as a landlord, with hundreds of rental apartments.

Forgot to mention:
Every prospective tenant I interviewed asked: "Where is my assigned parking space located?"

Conclusion: Abandon this project. It is destined for failure.
