Make sure the feasibility study addresses the"Impact on our Schools" and "Fears of Traffic Gridlock". In the attached article, Menlo Park Planning Commissioner Nancy Larocca Hedley says: "the schools are already built out".
Have you asked the developers: How will the schools and traffic avoid being affected by these new apartments?"
Read this article from the August 26, 2026 Daily Post (page 6).
Please confirm in writing, with the developers, that traffic and schools will not be a problem.

Ps: I presume the feasibility study will address the impact on the obvious:
City finances, the Electrical grid, Gas, Water, Sewer, Environmental, Fire/Police Access & Safety and other important considerations.
Without a full clearance on these critical issues, you must abandon this parking lot plan.
