On numerous occasions I have asked you, the Menlo City California city council, to answer my questions; and You Refuse to Answer.
Again:
Please answer this simple 2 part question:
1) Have driven through the 2 Palo Alto parking ramps on 445 Bryant and 350 Sherman on a weekday afternoon? yes? or no?
2) Were the below street levels and the levels above level 2 relatively EMPTY?
Yes? Or No?
Answer honestly; and then explain to me and the voters and the downtown merchants, how a parking ramp "Replaces" our existing parking lots, as you promised.
My honest answers:
1) Yes
2) Yes
And: A Parking Ramp will NOT replace the existing parking lots!
