Hi Yuri,
I had Operations pull GPS on the routes, and it shows our trucks serviced the garbage and recycling on Friday. Compost only goes on Tuesdays. Garbage and recycling are twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. So all three will be serviced tomorrow.
We’d previously discussed possibly increasing compost to twice a week if it continued to be full.

In looking at the system, the organics is scheduled for one day a week service on Tuesdays only, and it was serviced on Tuesday. Im having a driver come by and service it today and put it back on the pad, apologies that it was not put back correctly. If it continues to be full by Fridays after the Tuesday service, service will need to be increased to twice a week, perhaps Tuesdays and Fridays to get you through the weekends.

Can you please let us know how often do you guys pickup Compost bin? Because its been a month or so w/o pickup and its almost full now. I text it on Thursday asking for pickup, but it hasnt been.

Please tell your guys NOT TO TOUCH and Turn Off Alma and Willow Garage power button located on the gates motor/controller, they shut the power OFF on Friday morning and didn’t turn it back ON, so the gate stopped working on Saturday and was open whole weekend until we had to call the gate people to come and “fix it” thinking it was broken!!!!
I understand your guys need to have gate keep open while they pick up trash bins, there is a sensor at the bottom of the gate, if they will block it with Orange cone we have next to gate, the gate will stay open!!!! Just make sure to remove it so the gate would close.

The garbage was serviced at 705am and the Recycle was serviced 845am.
It appears both bins were refilled as of 1pm. We can send our trucks back tomorrow as a courtesy to empty them out again. Please let us know
