My name is Shiou Hung Tseng, the new homeowner of the 116 Oak Ct and 1932 Menalto Ave. in Menlo Park. My properties are right across the street of Cafe Zoe. The noise the outdoor music event created is very disturbing, and I object to any outdoor music permit, even a temporary one.
