I live in the Willows, very close to the Sunset site, and I can tell you
that every day the neighborhood is already close to impassable with
traffic. The proposed buildings at the site will make getting around
impossible. Is there any way to get the developers to modify their plans? I
accept that some development on the site is inevitable, but the scale of
the proposed development--the tallest building between San Francisco and
Los Angeles--makes no sense in such a setting. The inclusion of commercial
space makes no sense when local office and retail space is unoccupied.
