Dear Council Members,
Being a long-time resident of the Willows neighborhood, I am appalled and extremely concerned by the proposed development at 80 Willow Road. With commute traffic on Willow Road already a challenge and people frequently cutting through our neighborhood, this project will exponentially increase traffic congestion both during construction and long thereafter.
With the fire station located very close by, it will also increase the risk of lives or property being saved by the firefighters, who will most likely encounter increased difficultly in getting to their destinations.
It will also be an unsightly pillar in the middle of an otherwise pleasant residential neighborhood. Quite simply, it is the wrong project in the wrong location, and I cant believe it is even being contemplated.
Please close this project down as soon as you can. The area will never be the same if this goes ahead. Nobody wants this.
