Dear Colleagues,
I invite you to join our team for County In Action, a two-part regional tour offering city and school district leaders, along with members of our state and federal delegation and their staff, an inside look at County programs, facilities, resources and investments serving residents across our communities.
We will host two half-day tours:
North County Tour | October 16
South County Tour | October 30
Through facility tours, site visits and conversations with County leaders and subject matter experts, we’ll go behind the scenes to see County services in action and learn more about our work across housing and homelessness, health and behavioral health, safety-net and family services, parks, and other regional investments.
Each city is invited to designate its City Manager and two Councilmembers per tour. Different Councilmembers and Trustees may participate in each tour. Invited state and federal offices may designate members of their staff to participate.
Space is limited and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Breakfast, lunch and transportation will be provided.
