Re: installation of stop sign at Ringwood and Van Buren intersection
Hello,
While we live in unincorporated San Mateo County, in the Menlo Oaks neighborhood, I am writing to you as a voice of the public. My daughter rides her bike every day to and from TIDE Academy High School, with classmates and friends. She must make use of the pedestrian-bike bridge that crosses 101. Please install a stop sign on Van Buren to permit the bicyclists easy and safe access to getting off the down ramp. It is impossible for bicyclists to stop because of the length and slope of the bridge downramp.
Its an easy safety measure to prevent further bike-car accidents at that intersection.
