Honorable Councilmembers,
I am so glad to see that Nicole Chessari has applied for the Planning Commission. Working with her over several months, I have come to admire her steady, rational and collaborative manor in a situation that is full of potential stress and tension.
While I see that some of you have already disagreed with Nicole on a major city initiative, I hope you have also seen her ability and energy. And Nicole has become well versed in more of our zoning law than any recent applicant for our commission. Her appointment would show that more than one opinion can be appreciated in our city.
I hope you will take advantage of her application.
