I believe our Predatory Lease Agreements resource would make a great addition to this page. It was created to help people safely approach a lease agreement and avoid being taken advantage of by providing a detailed breakdown of common terminology used in rental contacts and accompanying red flags (ie. watching out for risks and loopholes involved with lease types, fees, etc).
