I agree with most of the city responses. However, I would like something done about the Hillview students. When school lets out the kids from Hillview are an absolute menace on Santa Cruz Ave and surrounding streets. They ride in both directions on the sidewalks and in the bike lanes and in the general traffic lanes. Some have no helmet. Some have 1 or 2 other kids perched on the bikes. They go right through stop signs and swerve across the road with no signals. Sometimes they have earbuds in and are riding "no hands" and also using their cellphones. Not only are they themselves at risk but they are a danger to others on the road and on the sidewalks.
