Dear Council Members,
I appreciated the chance to make a public comment this evening on the Vision Zero Action Plan.
In my comment I referenced a crowdsourced map made by the Safe Routes to Schools community. This shows high stress zones and near miss areas that are not represented in the post facto crash data. I hope you and the Transportation staff will consider these in data in prioritizing projects.
