Honorable Mayor and council members,
Please accept my support of comments made above by Ms Fry, regarding changes that would affect office space under the Specific Plan.
As you all know, we (the Planning Commission, public and of course staff) spent seven years carefully and transparently crafting the Specific Plan. Those of us most involved remember the goals to enliven our town, balance growth and enhance the built environment. Much of that has been achieved, and the increase to the housing allowed is a noble goal. Ms Fry’s comments are well made and well timed, and deserve your support.
