Dear Menlo Park Council members,
I am writing in support of flexible posts along the Coleman Avenue bike lane. I bike Coleman to work three or more times a week, and my daughter bikes it to school, so this is a route my family depends on daily.
I understand a number of families report cars blocking the lane regularly enough that kids have to swerve into the car lane. We have appreciated everything the city has done for Coleman. The flexible posts are the final piece that would make it a true safe route for kids.
