Open the street for traffic to flow in both directions. With Santa Cruz open the traffic on Menlo Ave and Oak Grove will be less. The fire station on Oak Grove will be blocked less. Provide parking in front of stores. Maybe a handicapped spot for those going into the pharmacy.
