I’m still endlessly bewildered by 1) the need to Europeanize something that isn’t Europeanizable (a major artery street connecting one side of town to another?) 2) the City’s consistent servility to one downtown business owner (happened like clockwork) 3) short term memory and lack of learning from past mistakes (the much-maligned Curtis Street parklet just moved around the corner?) If you have to provide signage of extensive instructions in proper behavior, that seems pretty definitive that it’s not working. Again. Thanks for your consideration.
