This is a quote from the city of Menlo Park staff report, July 2026:
"Capacity continues to exceed both the required RHNA and the RHNA plus 30% buffer in every income category."
Apparently, the council cannot understand the word " EXCEED " !
The 345 apartments downtown are NOT needed, they are "optional". So much chaos, caused by a Rouge Cabal in Sacramento, the same ones who forced the Builders Remedy on us, AND 80 Willow !
The city council is now siding with Sacramento on declaring our parking lots "Surplus Land" !
They have joined the Rouge Cabal !
On this issue, we can NOT trust our own city council.

80 Willow botched,
Meta Village, botched
and
345 Apartments downtown will be botched TOO,
iF we dont STOP them!
YES on P is the only way to stop another expensive, irreversible mistake, by our Reckless city council:
